Living at Lost Creek could mean more room to spread out and lower monthly costs compared to living in Edmond.

Based on our current estimates, homeowners could save approximately $750 per month on water and sewer bills compared to Edmond. When you factor in estimated savings on HOA dues, property taxes, and home insurance, the total could add up to around $1,110 per month.

That means more room in your budget for the things you love, along with wooded acreage, space for a shop, and convenient access to I-35, Edmond, and the OKC metro.

Actual savings will vary based on your property, home, insurance policy, and utility usage. These figures are estimates, not guaranteed savings.
